More than 1,800 students to graduate at ³Ô¹ÏÍø fall convocation ceremonies

WATERLOO and BRANTFORD — ³Ô¹ÏÍø will celebrate the accomplishments of more than 1,800 students at fall convocation ceremonies on its Waterloo and Brantford campuses.
The Waterloo campus will host six convocation ceremonies at the on Oct. 16 and 17. A Brantford campus convocation ceremony will take place at the on Oct. 21.
As of Oct. 8, 1,634 students qualified to graduate in Waterloo, while 174 qualified in Brantford. ³Ô¹ÏÍø expects to confer 1,315 undergraduate degrees, 431 graduate degrees and 62 diplomas this month.
As part of fall convocation ceremonies, financial leader Barbara Stymiest will receive an honorary degree and philanthropist Paul Williamson will receive the Order of ³Ô¹ÏÍø.
Oct. 16, 9:30 a.m., Waterloo
- Honorary Doctor of Laws: Barbara Stymiest, financial leader and advocate for women in leadership.
Oct. 21, 2 p.m., Brantford
- Order of ³Ô¹ÏÍø: Paul Williamson, philanthropist and champion of ³Ô¹ÏÍø Brantford.
